Need for the training

As projects/programs enlarge, they can reach a level of complexity where extemporized approaches to project cycle management (PCM) become uneconomical and ineffective resulting in diminished returns on outlay .This increase in the complexity of programs creates the need for advanced training and regular updates of key project /organization staff on relevant skills not only to enhance their creativity levels but also to equip them with the tools needed to put forward and manage both national and international projects/programs more effectively by helping/facilitating shape designs that ensure consistency in approaches to each one of the phases of the project cycle.

More importantly, this seminar introduces the participants to new methodologies of generating ideas for the design of new and exciting programmatic interventions to social problems while at the same time ensuring that the monitoring, evaluation, accountability, HR and governance systems are clear and practical. Additionally, this highly informative and transformative forum, with a diversity of participation, provides you with a rare opportunity to share experiences with peers on the strategies employed in confronting the unique challenges experienced in the management of large, long, high budget projects and programs with a view to enhancing their performance and outcomes.
