Need for the Training
Program implementation involves the identification, requisition, receipt, expenditure, accounting and reporting on financial resources. In the context of NGOs, which almost entirely depend on limited and depleting donor funding, the presence of updated skills in financial management amongst non-finance managers becomes absolutely essential if projects are to be effective, efficient and sustainable. In view of the above, Asset Africa has organized a training to build the capacity of non-finance managers in development organization in the identified areas.
Overall Objective: Enhanced capacity among organization non-finance managers to provide more effective leadership in the finance management function for effective program implementation.

Training Methodology
Dynamic, creative, participant centered, practical, interactive, interesting adult learning methodologies and diverse media are applied to lift the participants to high levels of proficiency. After-training, follow-up and remedial coaching will be offered to interested participants on request for free.
